My Story
I am a fully qualified, BACP registered psychodynamic therapist with several years' experience working with young people and adults. I grew up in West Sussex and hold an honours degree in Psychology and Criminology, a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling. My experience and training has left me with a deep understanding of the issues that can affect us all in life and I combine this with a safe, open environment to facilitate meaningful and lasting change.

My Approach
Sessions are always tailored to clients' needs and at a pace they feel comfortable with. I believe in building trusting and empowering therapeutic relationships within a safe, supportive space to allow clients to find clarity, understanding and healing in their lives. I use this approach to work with individuals aged 16 and upwards who are struggling with a variety of issues. I predominantly practice from a psychodynamic standpoint, however also draw upon methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and humanistic approaches in my work.
